Family, tradition and values are what define Pamby Motors, and we like to think of our employees as part of our extended family. To show our appreciation for the people who work by our side daily, we spotlight individuals from time to time.

Today, we spotlight our service manager, John Chassey. John has been with us since 1983 when he started out as a service advisor. Outside of Pambianchi family members, he is the longest-running employee here, and we truly appreciate the 33 years of loyalty he has shown us.

As service manager, John is in charge of dispatching 15 technicians, calling for work and part estimates, as well as overseeing the parts shop. His favorite part of the job is working with the customers because he firmly believes in treating others the way you would like to be treated. Sometimes customers might walk in overwhelmed or frustrated, but John's first reaction is to treat them with respect and work with them one step at a time to help resolve their issues as best he can.

When he's not at work, he loves spending time with his wife of 44 years - Marianne, their three children and their 4-year old grandchild. He enjoys the outdoors, and since one of his sons is a park ranger in Florida, he gets out there quite a bit to enjoy the fresh air.
